Hello, this is my first post for Jasmina Naturals! It’s a cold March morning and I’m planning my day, specifically what I’m going to be eating for the day. I’m near the beginning of a weight loss journey so I’ve been tracking my macros and calories pretty closely. I’ve learned to try and take an enthusiastic approach to it rather than a reluctant one, even though it’s easy to get discouraged when “restricting”. I made a promise to myself that I would make changes in my life for the better because I know I deserve to feel good in my body. So whenever I get the urge to grumble, I just remind myself that I care more about progress than I do about a cheeseburger haha.
I have a lot to say about self-care and healing that I want to share in this blog and I hope I can get it all out at a pleasant pace. I’m thinking of making some videos on YouTube soon so we will see how that goes. I’m grateful for anyone reading this and I hope that me sharing my journey helps you feel more supported on yours!
